Activities in Pinzolo
While Pinzolo undoubtedly offers access to fantastic skiing, there’s also plenty on offer for non-skiers. Why not try your hand at dog sledding, ice skating or snowshoeing? The surrounding Adamello Brenta Nature Park provides stunning scenery and the perfect backdrop for such activities.
You can try evening ski touring in Pinzolo (with a guide), with several mountain huts open in the evenings to provide hot drinks and a warm meal to those adventurers who can’t get enough of the slopes even after a full day’s skiing!
If you’re interested in taking an excursion then look no further than the Nardis Waterfalls. They freeze in winter and are quite spectacular. It’s not always possible to reach them, as it depends on snow conditions, but ideally you can hire a guide and explore.
Located in the heart of the village, San Vigilio Church is a beautiful place to visit and features illustrations and frescoes dating back to the 14th century. If you’re in Pinzolo in December, then the traditional Christmas markets are also well worth a visit.
