It sits behind the Zephyr Mountain Lodge, facing the slopes of Winter Park mountain. Fraser Crossing and Founders Pointe are pretty much inter-changeable - same design, similar layout, common amenities and shared facilities.

Studios have a kitchenette, whilst 1 and 2 Bedroom Condos have kitchenettes or fully equipped kitchens. 'Plus' condos and 3 Bedroom Condos all have full equipped kitchens. Most units offer one King bed and a sofa bed, and the larger units offer a Queen bed in the second and/or third bedroom. Units are available as Silver and Gold options.
