Hotel Kandahar is located in the centre of Val d'Isere on the main street, Avenue Olympique, and as you'd expect, there's a superb selection of world-class shops, bars and restaurants just steps from the hotel. The slopes are a 5 minute walk away along the Rue du Parc des Sports which leads to the main Bellevarde and Solaise lifts and the ski school meeting points.
The hotel is decorated in wood and stone, giving it a traditional Savoyard feel with the benefit of modern facilities. There's a relaxing lounge bar with open fire, a playroom for children and a wellness area with sauna and steam room (open from 4-9pm). The popular restaurant La Taverne d'Alsace also serves authentic cuisine from the Alsace region.

We feature Standard and Superior Double Rooms on a bed and breakfast or half board basis. Other room types including family rooms with bunk beds sleeping up to 4 people and Junior Suites are also available on request.
