Historic 901 Condos Overview

The Historic 901 luxury condos were created from the restoration and re-building of Fernie’s original public school (from 1908). The property sits right at the end of Fernie’s ‘après’ district on 2nd Avenue. The ski shuttle picks up a couple of blocks away for the short ride to Fernie Alpine Resort. The quality of these condos is unmatched in Fernie. Features include a wonderfully resorted brick façade, high ceilings, period detailing, fabulous fully equipped gourmet kitchens, large living spaces with fireplaces and an attention to heritage that a nod to its past.

The condos at the Historic 901 Condos vary in size from 2 Bedrooms up to 5 Bedrooms, plus there’s a couple of 2 and 3 Bedroom Penthouses which have stunning views. Bedding styles vary and all units are individually furnished to the highest quality – expect space and quality throughout. We love the tall ceilings and big windows which make these condos very different in style and substance to other ski resort condos. A couple of the units have private hot tubs too.
