Just returned from 10 day stay. Excellent hotel as would expect from Four Seasons chain. Lots of positives. Rooms comfortable and well appointed with fires (nice touch). Housekeeping faultless. Lovely decor and a lot of interesting art displayed throughout the public areas. Great ski in /out location and friendly and helpful ski concierge. Hot apple cider awaits as you leave the slopes, smores and hot chocolate by hot tub and coffee available in lobby first thing. Live music played in bar several evenings. Few "buts"- Dining options in hotel are somewhat limited (although the lobby lounge does great sushi an apres ski) but free resort shuttle runs regulary to Jackson where dining options abound. No deli or coffee bar options for breakfast but Mangy Moose cafe close by. Breakfast buffet in hotel limited in choice and hot options tended to be lukewarm. Accommodation is not targeted at families as rooms mainly sleep 2 but great for couples. No free wi fi areas at all and room rate charge for access is $15 per day which is steep but wi fi hot spots available on the hill. Waiting service was a bit patchy and the bar snacks given in the lounge with drinks were a bit on the mean side (potato crisps). Expect something a little more imaginative perhaps.......

That said we had a lovely time on this amazing mountain and would stay there again.
