For your personalised proposal, please call our reservations team on 0131 243 8097 or Enquire Online.
We'll contact you to discuss your specific requirements, provide expert advice and clarify any important details. Once we've created your tailored ski holiday itinerary, we'll revert back to you and refine the proposal until you're completely happy.
Hold An Option?
The next step to think about is holding an option (or confirming a booking). Where possible, we can provisionally hold flight and hotel space for up to 48 hours on option for you, giving you the chance to discuss everything with your family or friends, safe in the knowledge that space is held. Our reservations team will advise you on what's possible. If you'd like us to hold an option then we'll need the following information:
- Your 6 digit reference number
- The full names of those travelling as per passports
- All passengers dates of birth
Holding an option does not commit you in any way. It's vital that the names provided exactly match the title, first name and surnames on the passport. Changes are difficult and sometimes impossible to make after a booking has been made.
Confirming Your Ski Holiday Booking
To make a confirmed booking, please call us with your 6 digit reference number. We'll then re-check the quotation and ask you for a few more details, and finally we'll need to take a deposit from you to confirm the booking. We'll let you know how much the non-refundable deposit is at time of booking. A deposit is required for all bookings. Our booking conditions come into force when we issue your holiday booking confirmation.
Once your booking has been confirmed you will receive:
- Holiday booking confirmation
- Booking conditions - these come into force when we issue your confirmation
- ATOL certificate (for flight inclusive packages)
- Full information on ski extras, such as ski lift tickets, equipment rentals and lessons
- Essential travel information - relevant to your destination
Ski Holiday Payments
Your holiday balance payment is due no later than 10 weeks prior to departure. This date is shown on your holiday booking confirmation. In the case of bookings made within 10 weeks of departure, full payment must be made at the time of booking.
