For the past 10 years Ski Independence have been working alongside the Daily Mail Ski & Snowboard Magazine to bring you the very best in North American & Japanese trips.

The holidays are always a great success and we've had hundreds of satisfied customers over the years. On the trips, there is always a great atmosphere and a fun filled itinerary which includes guiding with locals, chance to ski or board with members of the magazine team including ex-Olympic skier Martin Bell, welcome receptions and the infamous end of trip race day where there are lots of great prizes to be won.

Utah, USA - 9 days, 7 resorts from £1598pp!

With an average of 500 annual inches of Utah dry, powder snow, you can be assured you will find great snow conditions on some of the most challenging slopes in the world. Whether you like deep fluffy powder or nicely groomed slopes, Utah with its 14 ski resorts in total has it all and we’ll be skiing seven of them!

Here is the provisional* itinerary for the 2012 trip:

1st February		Depart UK Depart Heathrow with Delta Airlines to Salt Lake City (via Atlanta) Transfer from Salt Lake City to Park City (approx. 45 minutes) Check into the Hotel Park City Peaks 3***+ for 9 nights. More info
2nd February		Park City - more info on skiing in Park City Expore the slopes of Park City with local guides, Daily Mail Ski & Snowboard Magazine and Ski Independence staff. Get to the know group with an evening reception at the Hotel Park City Peaks
3rd February		Deer Valley - more info on skiing in Deer Valley If you're a skier you can head for a day in Deer Valley, unfortunately snowboarding is forbidden in Deer Valley so there is also the option to board in The Canyons or Park City instead. Enjoy a free evening in Park City. How about a trip to the Wasatch Brew Pub to try a few local ales?
4th February		Alta & Snowbird Local guides, Daily Mail Ski & Snowboard Magazine and Ski Independence staff will show you where to find the best runs and powder in Alta & Snowbird. Snowboarders will head to Snowbird as Alta is a skiers only mountain. Enjoy a free evening in Park City. Check out the new Viking Yurt in Park City where you can indulge in a sleigh ride followed by a 5 course dinner & live music.
5th February		The Canyons Take to the slopes and cruise around in deep powder at The Canyons with the staff from the magazine and Ski Inpendence. Enjoy a free evening in Park City. If your muscles are feeling tired and weary, take an apres ski massage to prepare for the rest of the trip!
6th February		Brighton/ Solitude There'll be no sticks of rock or kiss me quick here, more like empty slopes and fresh tracks! Enjoy these superb resorts with the magazine and Ski Independence staff. Enjoy a free evening in Park City. If you're still looking for an adrenaline rush, how about a circuit or two of snowmobiling?
7th February		Snowbird & Alta Because these resorts are so amazing we're heading back for another day! Remember though that if you're snowboarding you will have to stick to Snowbird. Enjoy a free evening in Park City. Kick back and chill out with a few beers at the Legends Bar & Grill - Park City's most popular après spot!
8th February		Deer Valley, The Canyons or Park City We'll be heading back to Deer Valley for some more skiers paradise but there will also be the options to board in Park City or The Canyons. Free evening in Park City. How about you take to the NASTAR Race Course for a race against your piste buddies - maybe you'll even beat Henry, the Editor of the magazine.
9th February		Park City On our last day we'll cruise the runs and enjoy the powder of Park City and if weather is on our side we'll have a fun race to find out the champions of the trip! Relish in your glory at the prize giving party - details are tbc but it'll be sure to be a good night!
10th February		Depart USA Take a short transfer back to Salt Lake City Depart Salt Lake City to Heathrow, via Atlanta - arriving into the UK on the 11 February.

As with all the North American Daily Mail Ski & Snowboard Magazine reader holidays there will be the opportunity to ski with Martin Bell on some of the days during the trip, these are tbc at the moment, but will let you know as soon as possible.
