Great customer service and very helpful staff. As we were there over Christmas, we received gifts outside our rooms, and a stocking on Christmas morning. We did not expect any of this so it was a real treat and felt like they'd gone the extra mile.

We felt welcome from the step into the hotel and everyone went out of their way to make our stay memorable and went above and beyond. We stayed with the Fairmont Gold team and everything was outstanding from service to our morning chats with the waiting staff which where always interested in how our day was on the mountain and they always did it with a smile.
