Service at the Steamboat Grand is first class, with guests having exclusive access to the Steamboat Grand Private Guest Lounge where they can store skis and boots at the base of the mountain. There is also a complimentary ski shuttle to run guests into downtown Steamboat, which is about 3 miles away. 

Facilities at this luxury hotel include a gym, sauna, steam room and heated outdoor pool with two large hot tubs. There are two on site dining options, Mountain Cabin Restaurant and Chaps, as well as a small deli.

Breakfast is included for 2 persons per bedroom.
