Skiing in The Canyons
The Canyons has the fourth largest ski area in the US and is made up of 8 linked mountains.
If you're a beginner then you should head to Red Pine Lodge where there are some good learning areas with magic carpets, however once you have mastered the basics there isn't too much choice for progression.

There are groomed blue runs perfect for intermediates on all main sectors in the ski area, and thanks to the efficient linking you can switch from valley to valley for added interest. The Canyons is a fantastic destination for expert skiers with steep terrain all over the mountain and due to low visitor numbers you can often find fresh tracks well into the afternoon after a fresh dump of snow. |
