By choosing a World Traveller pre-paid meal you can select from a range of mouth-watering options as an alternative to the normal regular complimentary in-flight meal. Menus will be available to browse and order from within 30 days of your flight’s departure. Drinks are included at no extra cost. British Airways seating options

All passengers now have the option of paying in advance for pre-assigned seating until 24 hours prior to departure. To allow you access to this functionality we need to take payment for the flight ticket element of your booking in full, and we will then issue your flight tickets. You will then be able to access your flight booking on www.ba.com under the ‘Manage My Booking’ section and choose your seats – payment can be made with your credit card. If you are a British Airways Executive Club member (Silver or above) you will be able to pre-book free seats in advance. For all bookings that include infants, free seats will be pre-booked for you at time of booking. For bookings that include children, British Airways will automatically pre-allocate free seats 72 hours before your flight departs, however, you can only alter these seats when online check-in opens 24 hours prior to flight departure. For everyone else the only way to secure the free seat of your choice is by checking in online from 24 hours before your flight departs. The earlier you check-in the greater the choice of seats you will have. Once a seat has been chosen it will not be changed, subject only to rare operational requirements.

To check in online, please visit www.britishairways.com. You will then be required to enter your BA reference number (which will be included with your travel documentation we send you) and the surname of the lead passenger.
