Car Hire

If you prefer the flexibility of having a vehicle at your disposal during your stay, we can also organise car hire from all our USA airports.

We book our car hire mainly through Alamo and National using their 'Gold'  level of cover and so all car hire packages include the following:

• Unlimited mileage
• Collision damage waiver (CDW)
• Extra liabilty protection (EP)
• Airport fees
• Local State and Sales taxes & surcharges
• Extra driver charges
• Tank of fuel
• Ski rack (subject to availability and does not fit all vehicle types)

You will need your car rental voucher (enclosed with your Travel Documents) + a valid full UK driving licence + a valid credit card in the lead driver's name. You must have had your licence for at least 1 year and be over the age of 21 years. Drivers aged 21 to 24 years will incur a small daily surcharge paid locally. All of our self-drive car rental packages come with full driving instructions.

Upgrade Your Car

We will always base our quotes on our tried and tested occupancies - mostly for reasons of space and practicality, but if you'd like to upgrade from our standard occupancy to a larger vehicle then we have a full range of vehicle types available in most locations including cars from Compact through to Full Size, Intermediate SUVs, Standard Size SUV's, Full Size SUV's Premium SUV's, Minivans and more!
