Italian and French Blend Claire Erskine, Product Manager

"A ski holiday in La Thuile allows you to sample the best of both Italy and France in one trip. Ski over to La Rosière in France during the day and enjoy a traditional French lunch before making your way back to La Thuile in the afternoon to finish your day with a typically Italian aperitivo. With quiet slopes and an efficient lift system, what’s not to love about La Thuile? "

Dining in La Thuile

The Hotel Montana Lodge & Spa provides an excellent dining option in its Chaveur Restaurant with a focus on local ingredients and high-quality, seasonal produce and has an impressive wine cellar stocked with carefully selected vintages.

There are a number of restaurants in the centre of La Thuile, mostly offering local cuisine from the Aosta Valley at reasonable prices. Our favourite is the Pepita Café, which offers delicious pasta and meat dishes as well as an extensive wine list. For pizza lovers head to Lo Tatà which has a wood-fired pizza oven or Pizzeria Le Dahu with its charming wooden and stone interior.
