Childcare in Les Gets
Les Gets has one of the strongest reputations as a family-friendly destination of any resort in France, and indeed all of Europe. Along with numerous family-friendly attractions (as listed in the Activities section), Les Gets offers a variety of childcare options.
Children aged three and above can join one of the ski schools where there are excellent facilities including an enclosed ‘snow garden’ for learning in a fun and safe environment. Older kids can take the standard French ski school classes and work their way up through the French national ability grading system.
Non-ski childcare is also available in the village centre for babies as young as six months right through to 12 year olds. If you wish to use this service, it is advisable to reserve your place as soon as you know you are going to Les Gets to ensure your child has a place, particularly if your visit is during a peak holiday period.
