Flying with British Airways
Flight tickets are issued as electronic ‘E-tickets’. You can check-in online or at the airport using your British Airways reference number, noted on your holiday itinerary. We strongly recommend you check-in online 24 hours before departure.
To check-in online, please visit www.ba.com/travelpartner. Enter your BA reference number (as noted on your holiday itinerary) and the surname of the lead passenger. Online check-in opens 24 hours prior to flight departure. You can pay to pre-book seats any time up to 24 hours before departure or wait until check-in opens when seats with be allocated free of charge. BA endeavours to seat families travelling with children together. The departure terminal will be noted on your holiday itinerary.
For all domestic and European flights you must check in at least 1 hour before the departure time. We recommend you check in a minimum of 2 hours before you are due to depart.
You are entitled to a free baggage allowance, which will vary depending on which class of travel and ticket type you book. You can take extra bags with you for a charge and save money when you pay online before check-in opens.
