One Week – Five Amazing Ski Destinations

Can’t make up your mind where to go on your ski holiday this winter? The Capra in Saas Fee are offering you the opportunity to experience five famous ski resorts in the Valais region of Switzerland within the space of a week.

You will be accompanied by a professional ski guide and all your private transfers between resorts will be arranged for you. On your return to the Capra, unwind in the spa which features an indoor swimming pool, outdoor hydrotherapy pool, steam room, sauna & treatment rooms – perfect for soothing tired muscles! Afterwards head to the bar and lounge, or enjoy some seasonal cuisine at the restaurant.

Day 1: Saas-Fee

Start your week by exploring the well maintained and perfectly groomed slopes of Saas-Fee. Don’t miss the breathtaking panorama of the eighteen 4,000m peaks that surround the charming village of Saas-Fee.

Day 2: Aletsch Arena

Discover the fantastic ski area of Aletsch, which combines Riederalp, Bettmeralp and Fiesch-Eggishorn across 104km of pistes up to an elevation of 2,869m. There are also snowparks and freeride tracks to explore, without forgetting the impressive Aletsch Glacier.

Day 3: Crans Montana

Relax at the Capra Spa

You will appreciate the south-oriented situation of this resort (and so plenty of sunshine!) as well as the modern lifts that stretch across 140km of ski slopes. Highlights include several world cup tracks and an 8km long slope from the Plaine Morte Glacier at 3,000m to the village.

Day 4: Zermatt

This is Switzerland’s highest ski area: at 3,883m it encompasses 54 mountain railways and an efficient lift system that connects 360km of pistes. There is also a an entertaining snowpark for freestyle skiers and snowboarders. From almost every corner of the resort you can soak up the wonderful panoramic vistas of the Matterhorn and summits of the Swiss, Italian and French Alps.

Day 5: Val d’Anniviers

This region is comprised of 3 skiing areas: St-Luc Chandolin, Grimentz-Zinal and Vercorin. In total that’s 210km of slopes up to 2,900m with 43 ski lifts, 2 snowparks and a freeride area.

Back to where it all started. Enjoy one more day of skiing in Saas-Fee to round off your week. Why not head over to Saas-Grund or SaasAlmagell to try out some other pistes? Saas Fee enjoys lots of sunshine so it’s also the perfect place to find a deckchair and relax after an action-packed week’s skiing!
