Hi, very interesting news about Delta. BUT, what time flight would we need to catch from Edinburgh to link up with the LHR-SLC flight? (The 05.50 flight to Amsterdam is way too early). If we upgrade to Delta Comfort+, how many bags can we take? Do we have to pay for extra bags on EDI-LHR?
Hi Chris, thanks for getting in touch. The 05.50 flight is the only possible connection from Edinburgh to Amsterdam, but you could opt to go a little later on British Airways to LHR – 06.50 – to then take the 11.30 SLC (Delta) flight. This would be on a separate ticket. Delta Comfort+ has the same baggage allowance as standard Economy, which is 1 x 23kg bag. Hope this answers your queries. Thanks!
Hi could you say how much extra it would be to upgrade to delta comfort plus? Approx?
Many thanks
Iain
Hi Iain,
The price to upgrade to Comfort+ will vary, but you could be looking at approx. £85.
Thanks,
Vicky
