The exceptional ski-in ski-out Hotel Riffelalp is situated at 2222m in the Riffelalp resort which is located at the heart of the ski area and boasts stunning views of the Matterhorn. The hotel is easily accessible from the centre of Zermatt via a 20 minute ride on the Gornergrat mountain railway (open from around 6.45 am until 11.30 pm), and is then a 5 minute walk (the hotel’s concierge will greet you at the Riffelalp resort station to take your luggage).
Hotel Riffelalp offers luxurious surroundings and excellent facilities including a heated indoor pool, solarium, massage area, sauna, steam baths and fitness room. There is also a bowling alley, kindergarten with private nanny, three restaurants and a wine bar in the hotel.
