We can hold options for up to 48 hours to allow you time to discuss the quote with your family or other members of your group.
To confirm a booking please have details ready of your preferred travel arrangements along with full names of all passengers and ages of children.
To confirm your booking we require a deposit of £100 per person or 10% of the holiday price if the booking is over £1000pp for Ski USA, Canada & Japan. For France, Switzerland and Austria we require £50pp for apartments and £100pp for hotel bookings. This may be higher if we have to make large non-refundable commitments for you at the time of booking. Don't worry, we will tell you in good time if this is the case. With the deposit we will require a completed and signed booking form.
Our insurance is not mandatory but has been designed for skiers travelling to North America or Europe and is comprehensive and good value. It includes off piste skiing and for a small supplement heli skiing is covered when booked in advance (North America only).
Once the booking form has been processed you will receive a confirmation invoice together with information on lift tickets, ski school and child care. Please check your invoice carefully and advice us of any errors particularly with regard to the titles/initials/surnames of all passengers, which must match your passport. Please also verify the ages of all children under 16 years old.
