Facilities at the residence includes an indoor swimming pool which is free for guests to use as well as a popular lounge area with an open fire, perfect for relaxing with a book after a hard day on the mountain. Other services available at a supplement paid locally are a launderette, bakery service and pool table.

The residence is only 50m from the train station and shuttle bus stop and 300m from the Grand Montets cable car. The ESF ski school and kindergarten are 200m from the residence.
